  • The Legal Responsibilities of Managers/Senior Managers
  • Hierarchy of Law, Statute and Civil
  • The Health and Safety at Work act 1974, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and further relevant regulation summary
  • Enforcement of health and safety Law
  • Hazard and Risk
  • Accident investigation/causation and near misses
  • Risk assessment and application – practical


Certification

Certification will be issued to all candidates, on completion of the course

Location

Courses are normally delivered on clients premises.  Alternative training rooms are available at an additional cost.
